The dictionary is back, for those of you who’ve been asking – it’s finally been published in soft-cover version and is available. It is, as best I’ve been able to determine, the only dictionary of its kind – not just a short glossary or traveler’s guide, but a 5,000 entry dictionary that includes common dishes, alternate meanings (including advisories where words are sometimes used in non-food related contexts), and, to boot – a great piece of cover art from my friend and colleague Frank Rocca.
